The right candidate for this position is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, has top-notch sales, customer relations and interpersonal skills, great follow-through, an inspiring attitude, strong quantitative skills, a pioneering spirit, high integrity, passion, accountability, a deep commitment to excellence and community development and is a superb problem-solver. A graduate degree and five years of professional experience are preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
