Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for providing crisis intervention and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and their loved ones. The Bi-lingual Crisis Response Advocate provides social media outreach and community outreach to the Spanish speaking community. The Bi-lingual Crisis Response Advocate must be comfortable with public speaking and on-camera interviews for the media. Responsible for quarterly/annual grant reports.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Bachelor degree (Social Sciences or related field)
• A minimum of two years direct service experience
• Knowledge of local Spanish speaking communities
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Networking skills and outreach experience

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in Spanish and English
• Must be flexible with working hours outside of their regular shift
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently
• Candidate must complete the RCCCNM 40-hour Training.
