Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a Client Ambassador to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Client Ambassadors provide outstanding customer service and client satisfaction, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Provide a fantastic first impression of Accion by going the extra mile for each client, anticipating their needs;
-Serve as a knowledgeable and helpful go-to resource for current and prospective clients;
-Answer incoming client service requests by phone and email, taking loan applications, answering questions, and directing to the appropriate team member for follow up; and
-Enthusiastically uphold Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.
