Client Ambassadors provide outstanding customer service and client satisfaction, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.

-Provide a fantastic first impression by going the extra mile for each client, anticipating their needs, and treating them as though they’re most important;
-Serve as a knowledgeable and helpful go-to resource for current and prospective clients answering incoming client service requests by phone and email; and
-Enthusiastically uphold Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.
