Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are looking for a full time bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Ambassador to join our growing client services team. Client Ambassadors provide outstanding customer service and client satisfaction, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Answer incoming client service requests by phone and email, taking loan applications, answering questions, and directing to the appropriate team member for follow up;
-Provide a fantastic first impression of Accion by going the extra mile;
-Serve as a knowledgeable and helpful go-to resource for current and prospective clients;
-Enthusiastically uphold Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.

Other Information/Requirements: 

-Must have a passion for increasing economic opportunity and access to capital;
-Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience in banking, lending or customer service preferred;
-Must be comfortable interacting with clients over the phone and by email;
-Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and results;
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
-Highly organized and accountable with excellent follow-through; and
-English/Spanish fluency required.
