Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a full time bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Ambassador to join our growing client services team. Client Ambassadors provide outstanding customer service and client satisfaction, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Answer incoming client service requests by phone and email, taking loan applications, answering questions, and directing to the appropriate team member for follow up;
-Provide a fantastic first impression of Accion by going the extra mile;
-Serve as a knowledgeable and helpful go-to resource for current and prospective clients;
-Enthusiastically uphold Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.
