Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are looking for a Client Ambassador to join our growing client services team and to be a part of a world-class organizational culture that works hard to reach lofty goals, and celebrates success. Client Ambassadors provide outstanding customer service and client satisfaction, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Provide a fantastic first impression of Accion by going the extra mile for each client, anticipating their needs;
• Serve as a knowledgeable and helpful go-to resource for current and prospective clients;
• Answer incoming client service requests by phone and email, taking loan applications, answering questions, and directing to the appropriate team member for follow up; and
• Enthusiastically uphold Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Passion for increasing economic opportunity and access to capital;
• Comfortable interacting with clients over the phone and by email;
• Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service;
• Highly organized and accountable with excellent follow-through and can embrace rapid change;
• Bachelor’s degree and have 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service role preferred; and
• Comfortable speaking and writing in both English and Spanish.
