Bilingual Case Manager

Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Support clients traveling to access abortion care, including coordinating travel such as transportation, lodging, gas stipends, and more.

Manage online support requests, confidential record keeping and data input.

Work in partnership with our clients and community, connecting clients to resources that will minimize the barriers to their abortion care.

Interface with and support Faith Roots volunteers.

Maintain key relationships with community partners and clinics.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Comfortable with supporting access to abortion through all stages of pregnancy and for any reason and a commitment to normalizing abortion access.

A willingness to grow and understand the Reproductive Justice Framework.

Ability to work with diverse populations from a wide range of backgrounds with positive regard and open mindedness.

Collaborative spirit with an ability to maintain flexibility and effectively manage a responsive environment.

Comfortable with air travel.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.

Experience in organizing, abortion care, or other social justice work (immigration justice, police or prison abolition, environmental justice, etc.) is preferred.

Experience in providing client centered care in clinical or non-clinical setting is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, data management tools and encrypted text messaging preferred.
