Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

To provide resources, advocacy and support to participants in our Transitional Housing Program.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requires 1+ year Case Management or related experience
Associates degree or equivalent combination of experience an education
Must be fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
Must have clean driving record, NM Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
