Main Areas of Responsibility: 

WESST is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual resource for full-time contract employment to support our Albuquerque, NM office. This contract is for 12 months with the potential for an extension based on performance and additional grant funding. The Business Consultant/Trainer will serve individuals who are interested in personal financial fitness, COVID-19 business assistance, and business start-up and growth.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Key functions of the position are to provide business consulting, training, and assistance with accessing capital for small businesses. Experience working in a small business or with small business owners is essential. Experience owning or managing a small business is preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are required for this position. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
