Main Areas of Responsibility:
Learn the client intake/assessment/data collection process and facilitate the management of clients in the shared systems.
Work directly with Spanish‐speaking, small business community to share the services, offerings and benefits of the Molino pilot project.
Confidential data entry into shared software platform
Educate individuals on how to navigate the small business resources available.
Educate the Molino partners on the needs of the Spanish‐speaking small businesses.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Must possess full fluency (reading, writing, speaking) in both English & Spanish
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Must have the ability to read and interpret complex documents, reports as well as data
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE; AA or BA in Business Administration is preferred
• Demonstrate good judgment and have excellent problem‐solving abilities
