Better Way Van Driver

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Drive van to pick up active panhandlers, take them to designated site for 5-6 hours labor-intensive work. Responsible for motivating and keeping clients on task while treating them with dignity and respect. The van driver will also do the labor, then bring clients back to our center for payment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have passion for working with homeless, the ability to treat with respect everyone we serve. Don't just make a living, make a difference!

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have at least one of the following experience:
• Military
• Bouncer
• Security Guard (level 2)
• Strength to to secure folks while being compassionate

Also must be able to have all of the following:
• Clean driving record
• NM drivers' license
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
