Behavioral Health Program Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Located in Pecos, NM. Responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the alcohol and substance abuse and mental health components integrating behavioral health services provided in a rural primary care facility.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Performs administrative function: program development, implementation and evaluation of the program. This independently licensed person primarily provides brief and intensive therapy to individuals, and/or groups to ameliorate their identified problems in order to improve or restore their skills and abilities to successfully manage their lives and interact positively with their families and community.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling minimum of 2 years prior experience as a clinician. NM license as an indepedent Master's level mental health therapist, social worker, or psychologist (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, LPAT, or LCP). LADAC licensure is preferred.
