Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supported position available for an Audio Specialist to assist Faith Comes By Hearing with various essential audio needs for the Language Recording Department, with emphasis on facilitating more advanced audio needs for the ministry in order to ensure audio recordings maintain high quality and consistency.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

**A supported position is one that requires the staff member to raise their own financial support and be an employee with another ministry who is then seconded to FCBH**

• Analyze recordings; ensure components are completed with quality standards
• Coordinate the disbursement of audio files, assemble chapter files

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Adobe Audition proficiency
• Experience in audio editing, recording, and mastering
• High attention to detail
• Ability to research and troubleshoot
• Ability to teach and train on audio principles
• Ability to work cross-culturally, demonstrating respect, grace, and patience to all
• A heart for the mission and a team player

• Flexible work schedule and work location. May be based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, within the U.S., or in-country as part of a shared assignment with local entity. Requires 2-3 trips annually to Albuquerque for training and ongoing training and updates.
