Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are seeking a talented nonprofit capacity builder to join our team as an Associate. Our ideal candidate will have skills and experience in assessing organizational needs and providing organizational development services. We are looking for an individual who can motivate, empower and develop clients to achieve results. We work in teams so we need a good collaborator, we’re also looking for someone who is a highly organized self-starter, able to succeed with remote supervision.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Associate will work with TREC’s Organizational Effectiveness Program team to develop, implement and evaluate organizational development services. Based on the organizational needs identified, the Associate will work with a team from TREC to provide direct services to organizations including consulting and training on fundraising, engagement strategies, financial management, human resource management, and/or strategic and campaign planning.
