Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for all aspects of planning, implementing and managing Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) outreach and creation of partnerships throughout ten (10) counties. Position requires assuring achievement of all deliverables, compliance with all Federal, State, and local Northern Local Workforce Development Board policies, and coordination with existing DOL programs.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position plans and implements program initiatives, participates in the generation of the programs resources and the design and development of the programs outreach efforts to increase participation with individuals, businesses, training and higher education institutions. This position will supervise assigned staff across ten counties.
