Main Areas of Responsibility:
Working closely with the Development Department, as well as cross-departmentally, this position is responsible for implementing and managing communications and engagement strategies with various constituents to grow annual support. This position coordinates and maximizes the engagement of diverse giving groups through, but not limited to, direct mail, employee giving campaigns, grants, newsletters; and donor cultivation, stewardship and recognition.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manages direct mail program. Manages execution of strategy to lift mid-major donor cohort. Manages production of newsletters and annual report. Manages grants. Maintains and grows monthly giving program. Develops & executes strategies to recruit monthly donors. Works with Stewardship Specialists ensuring donor details are captured and gifts are acknowledged. Coordinates thank-a-thons. Stewards organizations that have employees designating Animal Humane via their employee giving programs.
