Associate Director of Development, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Associate Director of Development for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Program manages fundraising campaigns for national, regional and local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital sponsors as well as other supporters (individuals and businesses) of UNM Children’s Hospital.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Manage cause-related marketing campaigns, special events and other fundraising programs with each sponsor.
• Implement new fundraising initiatives with active and prospective sponsors.
• Continuously communicate and cultivate sponsor accounts during campaign period and throughout the year.
• Plan and execute annual events including Radiothon, etc.
• Assist with UNM Children’s Hospital or UNM Foundation-wide events as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution required
• Three (3) or more years related experience in development/fundraising
• Experience in higher education or other non-profit organization

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading and managing volunteers
