Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Associate Director of Development will report to the Dir. of Dev./Church Relations and will work with the Director and E.D. as McCurdy Ministries transitions to a Community Center providing educational programming and Nonprofit Hub programming to support Espanola nonprofits. This position will have responsibility for grant research, writing and management.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will support the Development Director in event planning, cultivating donor prospects, and managing the communications process and the donor database. McCurdy is entering a nationwide capital funds campaign and this position will assist in the campaign.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Excellent writing, research and grant writing skills are preferred. Appreciation of faith based nonprofit work helpful. A bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
