Associate Director of Advancement

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Menaul School is seeking a creative and energetic individual to manage and coordinate the Advancement activities in all areas: fundraising, donor cultivation, social media/website, and special events. The Associate Director of Advancement should have development experience in these areas, exceptional relationship management skills, and possess energy and enthusiasm. The Associate Director of Advancement will oversee the Office of Institutional Advancement staff and volunteers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
 Experience in development, fundraising strategies, grant seeking, donor cultivation, and event planning.
 Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
 Knowledge of donor databases preferred.
 Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate small and large group presentations.
 Ability to live out Menaul School’s mission.
