Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides leadership, direction and support to all CC's team members in regard to Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, and Homeless Prevention programs. This position is responsible for ensuring consistent quality program implementation, review and analyze project outcomes and reporting requirements to funders.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget management, development and implementation; minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience; proficient with MS Office Suite, web-based applications and database experience. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, work independently and collaboratively; outstanding communication

Other Information/Requirements:
