Associate Director

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We have an immediate need for an associate director to work side-by-side with the Center Director to oversee the organizational, programmatic and financial elements of service functions. In addition, work to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. We are looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented person with a proven track record of productivity, customer service, and problem solving.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Prior managerial or supervisory experience and a bachelor's degree in management, social work, counseling, or another relevant field are required; minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget management, development and implementation required; minimum of 2 years’ managing grants with federal grant management preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have excellent communication and public speaking skills; strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and database experience; work independently with minimum supervision and able to relate to the public; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
