Assistant to the President

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Assistant to the President (AP) plays a key role in providing outstanding executive support to Accion’s President/CEO and Board of Directors related to governance, organizational operations, customer service, and community relations. The AP enthusiastically upholds Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability and provides outstanding administrative and clerical support to the President/CEO and Board.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Coordinates and maintains the President/CEO’s calendar;
-Schedules and coordinates meetings and event logistics;
-Provides clerical and administrative support to the President/CEO and Board;
-Supports community relations and provides outstanding customer service to all organizational stakeholders;
-Researches and prepares presentations, reports and other materials;
Edits, writes, and reviews correspondence; and
-Performs other duties as required.

-A Bachelor’s degree and five years of administrative experience preferred.
