Assistant to President

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The successful candidate must be able to provide administrative support for the President, manage the administrative team and front desk, document and track projects, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and accurately, and will demonstrate the ability to work independently on multiple projects in a busy office.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The position requires positivity, flexibility, independence, discretion, and critical thinking skills. S/he will be able Ability to provide a high level of administrative service to the Board, committees, President, volunteers and staff, have proficiency in Microsoft Office, use effective time management, handle confidential documents and discussions, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in business or other related field or equivalent administrative experience with at least five years relevant administrative experience. Applicant must be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends.
