Main Areas of Responsibility:
Accion is a community-based nonprofit organization that is dedicated to increasing access to business credit and providing exceptional customer service to entrepreneurs and business owners. The Assistant to the President (AP) plays a key role in providing outstanding executive support to Accion’s President/CEO and Board of Directors related to governance, organizational operations, customer service, and community relations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Coordinates and maintains the President/CEO’s calendar;
• Schedules and coordinates meetings and event logistics;
• Provides clerical and administrative support to the President/CEO and Board;
• Researches and prepares presentations, reports and other materials;
• Edits, writes, and reviews correspondence;
• Maintains effective filing systems; answers incoming calls; and performs other duties as required.
