Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Albuquerque (JCC) administers the Sandia National Laboratories Employee Recreational Program (SERP). The SERP Assistant Manager helps the SERP Manager administer a comprehensive recreation program, including team sports and a wide variety of other activities, emphasizing engagement for Sandia employees and networking with the community. The position includes program development and promotion, registration, scheduling and maintaining an online calendar.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Offer a wide range of recreational and social opportunities for Sandia employees, including sports teams/clubs and recreational activities such as flag football, golf, skiing, snowboarding, softball, volleyball, basketball, camping, bowling; sporting events, concerts, performing arts, festivals; and other hobbies, clubs and social associations. Develop new sports, social programming, and engagement opportunities. Manage promotion, registration and online calendaring; ticket sales; online merchandise sales.
