Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Development & oversight of activities connected with education initiatives
• Grant-writing & management related to program goals and strategies
• Function as an effective team member to facilitate positive working relationships between education initiative personnel, community partners & Ngage team
• Presentations & facilitation of convenings between county and statewide partners
• Assist Executive Director with day-to-day operations, including financial controls & human resources
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with community and nonprofit organizations, with a background in education. We are looking for a person with the ability to develop positive community relationships and work independently as well as part of a team. Policy experience and nonprofit management background is a plus.
