Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assistant Cook ( ABQ. – FT/40 hours per week)- Assists in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks by methods that maintain high nutrient levels and that are sanitary. Clean and maintenance of kitchen and pantry area. Must be adaptable to menu changes.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; one-year experience in large-scale food preparation or licensed childcare/school setting; a valid NM Driver’s License with the ability to drive; and must be able to comply with a level II background screening as required by agency and State Licensing. Preference will be given to candidates that have a Food Handlers Certificate, experience with Child and Adult Care Food Program, and bilingual in English/Spanish.
Salary Range:
Pay range starts at $14.58 per hr./$30,326 annually, DOE.
