Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Asset/Maintenance Manager will manage day to day operations at 6 apartment complexes with particular focus on maintenance, preventive maintenance and capital improvements. Requirements include demonstrated management and supervisory skill, strong facilities and construction project management experience, ability to work within government and other regulations and requirements
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Supervision property managers and maintenance personnel. Ensures agency is in compliance with all contract obligations, including reporting requirements. Ensures compliance with all OSHA and state regulations governing asbestos, lead or other hazardous materials. Oversees vendor contracts in compliance with established procurement procedures. Evaluates purchase/contracting methods to ensure maximized cost savings working knowledge of capital expenses.
