Main Areas of Responsibility:
To professionally assist in the development, implementation and management of the Museum’s Art and Leadership summer programmatic offerings; coordinate complex camp schedules; ensure accessibility of programs for diverse audiences; provide the site coordinators additional support to develop and sustain appropriate curricula and relationships with student’s parents; evaluate the efficacy of program goals.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Scouts for artists and career professionals; maintains artist file, works with and communicates with artists.
Schedules program sites and overnights/contracts and reservations.
Corresponds with Interns about training, lessons and projects, schedules staff training and artist training, Parent Orientation and CPR and 1st Aid Training.
Prepares exhibitions and receptions, including planning, purchasing food and invitations.
