Main Areas of Responsibility:
All Faiths- an Albuquerque-based non-profit providing behavioral health and support services for over 3000 children and their families - is looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist position . This position is designed to manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable activity for All Faiths. Finance department duties include overseeing accounts payable, making general ledger adjustments with the direction of the CFO and assisting in preparation of day to day accounting reports.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. GL posting and reconciliations
2. Cash forecast spreadsheet
3. Banking entries, incl investments
4. Calc and post month end accruals
5. Ensure GL grant accounts balance
6. Process and fulfill A/P
7. Issue disbursement checks
8. Code expenses
9. Obtain signatures on checks and route
10. Maintain a filing system for receipts/disbursements.
11. Vendor database.
12. Depreciation schedules
13. Provide info to report accurate and complete Financial Reports in lookback approach.
