Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Must manage and oversee the NMCL’s Statewide AmeriCorps Adult Literacy Program by recruiting, monitoring, coordinating, supervising, training, and assisting with the technical aspects, evaluation, and program development for three key areas related to the scope of work: Members, Service Sites, and Training & Technical Assistance.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Attention to detail, accuracy in one’s work, self-initiation, ability to follow project plans, and follow-through on assignments. Must also have experience with social media, business software, and database systems. Master’s degree required and/or two years of relevant experience for each year of education required.
