Teach hands-on food & nutrition education classes using the CWK curriculum to children pre-kindergarten through 6th grade.

Scope of the AmeriCorps Position
The AmeriCorps Cooking with Kids Educator will lead hands-on nutrition education activities at 1-2 schools sites, enabling pre-kindergarten through 6th grade students to explore, prepare, and enjoy fresh, affordable foods from diverse cultural traditions. This is a service term-position lasting 11 months and will begin on approximately September 2, 2014 and end on July 31, 2015.
