Alumni Relations Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Alumni Relations Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Engagement, will create and foster positive bonds, networking opportunities, and innovative and vibrant programming for UWC-USA alumni which create a foundation for fundraising. S/he will encourage alumni to stay connected and support UWC-USA.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: planning and executing alumni events on and off-campus; contributing to alumni magazine by collecting and writing pieces; updating alumni web pages; recruiting and training alumni volunteers; networking with alumni to enhance career networking; researching and updating alumni information.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
• Experience in events planning
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (print, phone, and in person)
• Bachelor’s Degree with experience in working with alumni communities
