Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Leadership New Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual as the Alumni Program Director. Position has responsibility for all of the organization’s alumni education programs, alumni special events and includes responsibilities for all program logistics, speaker recruitment, maintaining program records and evaluations, provide staff support for alumni program volunteers and committees for various programs. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for creating high quality alumni programs and special events, prepares and provides support for corporate fundraising, sponsorship and grants for alumni programs and special events and assists with marketing program and events to participants and the public.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree, 3-5 years’ experience in education and program administration, marketing, public relations special events and/or adult or community education; excellent people and communication skills; works effectively with internal and external clients; superior written and verbal skills; excellent computer skills including MS suite; flexible; responds to change effectively; self-motivated; organized; can manage multiple projects, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and occasional travel.
