Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Advocate Manager coaches and supports Advocate Coaches to oversee and implement the direct service of the CASA program.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities to the Advocate Coach:
• Provide coaching and support to assigned Advocate Coach and oversee their work on their ongoing CASA Child cases.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience - A bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology, or a combination of education and work experience in human services, is preferred; must have previous experience working with Advocates and knowledge and understanding of juvenile law, child abuse and neglect, families in crisis, and other social services skills.
