Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Adventure OUT! Program Coordinator conducts outreach, builds community partnerships, attends meetings, and develops program sequences.
Required: Understanding of intersectional identities; knowledge of LGBTQ+ programming and partners in New Mexico; degree in experiential education or behavioral health or the equivalent of 2 years related experience and/or training.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Strongly preferred: Spanish language fluency; knowledge of HIV risk factors and prevention; ability to communicate effectively and respond to client needs. For more info: https://santafemc.org/about/job-opportunities/

Other Information/Requirements: 

Significant work will occur in Albuquerque and other city and wilderness environments. Wilderness First Aid training a plus.
