Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Meals on Wheels New Mexico’s mission is to deliver healthy meals and friendship—neighbor to neighbor. We seek an Advancement Coordinator with experience in nonprofit fundraising and development, donor relations, and donor database management. The position provides administrative support for the Advancement Team and office management duties for the organization.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

We require:
--Minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in an advancement/fundraising department or nonprofit organization
--Demonstrated experience in using database management systems
--Thorough and demonstrated knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
--Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office products

Other Information/Requirements: 

--Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and have acuity with detail
--Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and must have the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with all employees, donors, visitors, and volunteers
