Main Areas of Responsibility:
Join a new team of professionals dedicated to advancing the mission of IAIA to empower creativity and leadership in Native arts and cultures through higher education, lifelong learning, and outreach. Located on a beautiful and vibrant campus on the edge of Santa Fe, the Foundation raises money to support student success, fund scholarships, enhance academic programs, strengthen the college, and support the Museum of Contemporary Arts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Great opportunity to contribute to the growth and strength of strategic advancement work that impacts a diverse student population of Native Americans and others, as well as their communities. Work supports major gift fundraising (identifying, cultivating, soliciting, stewarding), annual mail/email campaigns, events, donor research, ongoing donor communications, donor publications, and more.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Must have a BA degree, plus 3 or more years of experience preferably in a non-profit, arts and culture, museum, or college environment. Must be proficient in word processing or typing, Internet searches, mail and email list creation, and Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Some working experience with email marketing software, such as Constant Contact or MailChimp. Familiarity with the work of a donor-centered fundraising or membership program.
