Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a part time (20 hours per week) Advancement Assistant to join our dynamic Advancement team at our Albuquerque headquarters. The Advancement Assistant plays a key role in representing Accion to clients, donors and the community, and in providing outstanding administrative support to the Vice President of Philanthropy and the Advancement team.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Provides administrative and clierical support to the Vice President of Strategic Philanthropy and Investments and the Advancement team;
-Maintains mailing lists, generates fundraising progress reports, and provides substantial administrative support such as making travel arrangements, filing, photocopying, coordinating meetings and taking notes;
-Enthusiastically upholds Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.
