Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Advancement Assistant plays a key role in representing Accion to clients, donors and the community and in providing outstanding administrative support to the Advancement team and in Accion’s fundraising programs and activities. Our team members serve as stewards of Accion’s values-driven, high-performance culture. They embody Accion’s brand of warm and exceptional customer service, seek excellence in all they do and demonstrate the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintains mailing lists, generates fundraising progress reports, and administrative support to Advancement team
• Processes contributions and generates thank you letters, and fulfills moves management for donors and prospects
• Provides data-entry support with the advancement database on an ongoing basis
• Supports event planning and logistics
• Enthusiastically upholds Accion’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.
