Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Seeking a dynamic, hard-working educator who has experience working with diverse adult, non-traditional high school equivalency populations at a variety of ABE levels. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, TABE testing, evaluation of student outcomes and maintaining accurate records on all students.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Position available for Fall 2022: Afternoons, 2pm-4pm and Evenings, 6pm-9pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays with additional flexible schedule prep time and meetings. This position is for 20 hours per week. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; one year experience teaching adults; experience teaching HSE-related disciplines (social studies, science, etc.).

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have experience with remote instruction, Google (docs, sheets, classroom, etc.); intermediate computer competency in MS Office and Windows; interdisciplinary adult education curricula, and utilizing a variety of assessment methods. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
