Main Areas of Responsibility: 

End of Life Options New Mexico (EOLONM) is seeking a person to fill a part-time position to oversee our client support dispatch function and support our volunteers and Board of Directors (BOD) with administrative tasks.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Administrative support to include: prepare written drafts, maintain spreadsheets, manage digital filing system, handle requests for services/supplies, order supplies/maintain inventory.
Dispatch duties include: track/document/respond to incoming calls/emails/requests, prepare/maintain volunteer calendar, dispatch calls to client support volunteers, prepare written/verbal communications, maintain client files, and manage requests for financial assistance.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Applicant must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Goggle Drive applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar). Professional customer services skills, phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication are required.

Salary Range: 
contract: $20,000 - $25,000+ annually based on experience, to be negotiated
