Main Areas of Responsibility:
This role will provide skilled administrative support for the daily operations of Groundworks New Mexico. Duties include: communications & outreach on behalf of Groundworks through social media, e-newsletters, and ongoing website updates; support for virtual and in-person events through marketing, registration, attendee comms, and event related logistics; support with external contracts and payments; administrative support to the executive director and board committees.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Within an organization that provides backbone support to New Mexico’s social sector, the Administrative Operations Support Coordinator will provide backbone support to Groundworks itself. The role will fulfill ongoing essential tasks related to successful and efficient organizational operations as well as standalone duties as needed per specific events, projects, and initiatives within the organization. Demonstrated commitment and interest in New Mexico’s social sector is key.
Salary Range:
$45-$55k per year, depending on years and type of experience
