Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Administrative Director is a strategic member of the New Day senior leadership team, and reports to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative director and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: Finance, Business Planning and Budgeting, Human Resources, Program Support, Fundraising, Grant Writing, and IT.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
•Direct all activities performed within the admin office, including office management, implementation of procedures & practice, billing processing & collection, records management, collection & reporting of statistics,and all financial, project/program, and grant/contract accounting
•Direct all HR activities including classification and compensation, employee benefits, payroll,& labor relations
•Identify new funding prospects, & assist in generating proposals
