Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides administrative support to all the programs within the RMHC-NM Chapter. This role is responsible for entering all gifts into the database, producing donor acknowledgements, and guiding data management standards. Oversees the Pop Tab Program and assists in monitoring the focus of internal and external communications.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee donor database management. Record all donations and prepare batches for deposits. Support events, mailings, correspondence, research, and meeting arrangements as needed. Maintain supply ordering and office equipment maintenance.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment. Ability to interact and communicate properly and effectively, verbally and in writing. Experienced in supporting several supervisors with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work requests. Working knowledge of principles/procedures of office administration and basic accounting. Ability to organize time and work independently. This non-exempt, hourly position pays $$31,200-$39,500/year DOE.
