Main Areas of Responsibility:
Immediate opening for a part-time, Administrative Coordinator position with the New Mexico Parkinson's Coalition, New Mexico’s only nonprofit organization exclusively dedicated to persons, caregivers and healthcare providers dealing with Parkinson’s disease. Eligible candidate will have experience in the following: Proficiency in QuickBooks to perform nonprofit bookkeeping: AR, AP, reconciliations; maintain and develop budget; financial reporting, administrative duties; database management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
MS Word and Excel proficiency a must. Administrative duties include responding to Coalition emails, phone inquiries, filing, processing mail and preparing information packets. Must be self-motivated, outgoing, have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
