Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides auxiliary support to agency administration. Works inter-departmentally to manage digital outreach, development and client relations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Assistant to the Executive Director
• Oversees reception of clients and calls
• Manages website and social media
• Oversees staff, community and donor correspondence
• Tracks and produces programmatic reports
• Coordinates building/office needs
• Executes other administrative tasks as assigned

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or relevant field/combination of relevant education and progressive experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills/ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds
