Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The University of New Mexico Foundation is searching for an Administrative support person for their Annual Giving Department. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and very organized. Must have strong computer skills, can multi-task, can interact with many different people at the same time, and can do it with professionalism.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The successful candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, database management experience, and special event logistics experience. Since this position will be working with several units within the Annual Giving Department and provide periodic support for Associate Vice President Development Services, the right candidate must also have excellent time management skills.

Other Information/Requirements: 

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or GED; Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• Three (3) or more years experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities is required.
