Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for internal efficiency and efforts to ensure the museum staff and volunteers can perform duties as required. Administrator of the museum’s Matchmaker Constituency management software program and computer network, occasionally helping with IT support. Will be cross-trained to assist in financial operations using QuickBooks.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Handles reservations for the museum camp program. Coordinates critical functions related to the smooth operations of the Museum facility including mail processing, banking deposits, record keeping, exhibit floor management, office equipment oversight and general support of executive staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have at least two years experience in office management and a bachelor’s degree. Must be very well organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast paced setting. Must be able to render highly effective customer service and must have experience with computers, databases (QuickBooks, Matchmaker), and related communications.
