Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

General administrative duties including answering phones, preparing correspondence, organizing meetings. Performs basic bookkeeping functions including A/R and A/P.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide executive-level support as required by President & CEO and COO. Maintain office space, equipment and supplies. Maintain records and prepares acknowledgments in the donor database.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A minimum of five years previous office experience, with non-profit experience preferred. Computer literacy with all MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and donor databases. Proficient with QuickBooks. Exceptional time-management, planning, and administrative skills. High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility.
